MiniNifty Freak Trade on 30/3/2012

I mostly do not trade MiniNifty… So I do not have it on my MarketWatch. But in afternoon a friend messaged me that there was a trade in MiniNifty which given lows of Mininifty at 3512.

Concerns:-

• First concern is that  this trade how it is happened even when if one place a order below some stipulated price range then your order gets freezed.
• What is the Circuit System of NSE was doing… as this price is below 10 %  Lower Circuit price.
• What action NSE taken for the trades generated due to this trade?… what they are going to do for the Stoplosses hit due to this freak trade?
• After end of the day NSE data shows that low was 5232.95 … which is adjusted … Now if it is done then what happen to those who made loss due to this trade.
• If this is due to technical error then NSE should have cancelled all trades happened due to this trade.
• Now question in that what action will be taken on who have done this.
